Strategic Plan

IQAC believes that strategic planning is necessary for the quality enhancement of our college and a strategic plan, as a tool, typically contains what actions to be taken to achieve it. IQAC prepares an annual strategic plan at the beginning of the academic year based on the action plan mentioned in the AQAR of the previous year and considering the vision and mission of the college. Thus, it becomes more focused and achievable. The College Development Committee approves the strategic plan in its meeting.
