  • आवश्यक कागदपत्रे

  1. चालू वर्षाची प्रवेश पावती.
  2. जात प्रमाणपत्र (Caste Certificate) -सक्षम प्राधिकरणाकडून जारी केलेले असावे.(लागू असल्यास)
  3. उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र (Income Certificate)  – सक्षम प्राधिकरणाकडून जारी केलेले असावे.
  4. अधिवास प्रमाणपत्र (Domicile Certificate) – सक्षम प्राधिकरणाकडून जारी केलेले असावे.
  5. 10 वी, 12 वी परीक्षेची गुणपत्रिका तसेच मागील वर्षीच्या परीक्षेची  गुणपत्रिका
  6. गॅप सर्टीफिकेट – शिक्षणामध्ये खंड असल्यास हे प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य असेल.
  7. एकूण लाभार्थी मुलांच्या संख्येबाबत आई-वडिलांचे / पालकांचे घोषणापत्र
  8. वडिलांचे / पालकांचे मृत्यू प्रमाणपत्र (लागू असल्यास)
  1. शाळा / महाविद्यालय सोडल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र
    शिधापत्रिका – कुटुंबातील मुलांची एकूण संख्या ओळखण्यासाठी
